1. Scope of Services
Vlasta Journeys provides travel consultancy, advisory services and bespoke itinerary design.
All services are advisory only.
Vlasta Journeys does not act as a travel agency or tour operator and does not sell travel packages.
2. No Bookings & No Payments
Vlasta Journeys does not:
- make bookings on behalf of clients
- process payments for flights, accommodation, transfers, tours, tickets or any third-party services
- accept or hold client funds for travel-related services
All bookings and payments are made directly by the client with third-party providers.
3. Nature of Responsibility
Vlasta Journeys is not responsible for:
- airlines
- hotels
- transportation providers
- tour operators
- booking platforms
- price changes
- cancellations or delays
- strikes
- weather conditions
- visa or entry decisions
- force majeure events
Responsibility is strictly limited to providing consultancy and itinerary design services.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- verifying travel documents, passports and visas
- purchasing travel insurance
- reviewing terms of airlines, hotels and service providers
- confirming all bookings and payments
- complying with local laws and regulations
Vlasta Journeys does not guarantee availability, prices or travel outcomes.
5. Working Hours & Communication
Working hours are:
Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00 CET
Vlasta Journeys does not offer:
- 24/7 availability
- emergency support
- instant messaging support outside working hours
Response times may vary depending on workload and project stage.
6. Fees & Payment Terms
- All fees are stated in EUR
- Services are provided on a prepaid basis
- A deposit may be required before work begins
- Remaining balance is due prior to final delivery
Once work has started, fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Revisions
The number of revisions included depends on the selected service or package.
Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
8. Cancellations & Termination
- If the client cancels after work has started, fees are non-refundable
- If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 10 business days, the project may be considered completed
- Vlasta Journeys reserves the right to terminate services if communication or cooperation becomes unreasonable
9. Intellectual Property
All itineraries, documents, concepts and materials provided by Vlasta Journeys remain intellectual property of Vlasta Journeys.
Clients may use materials for personal use only.
Commercial use, redistribution or resale is not permitted without written consent.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vlasta Journeys shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- loss of enjoyment
- financial losses related to third-party services
Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the consultancy service.
12. Force Majeure
Vlasta Journeys shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
