We design your journey — you book independently.
What is the difference between the services?
The difference lies in the level of depth and ongoing involvement.
- Signature Consultation — clarity, direction and strategic guidance.
- Bespoke Luxury Itinerary — a fully designed, detailed travel plan.
- Elite Concierge Journey — extended advisory support during travel.
Do you book flights or hotels?
No.
We are a travel consultancy, not a travel agency.
All bookings and payments are made directly by the client.
Why don’t you handle bookings?
This ensures independent advice, no commissions and no conflicts of interest — allowing full focus on quality and design.
Is support available during the trip?
Support during travel is included only in the Elite Concierge Journey and during office hours.
We do not provide 24/7 emergency support.
Who is your service for?
Our services are designed primarily for luxury couples and refined individual travelers.
Family travel is considered on a case-by-case basis.
What are your working hours?
Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00 (CET).
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the personalised nature of the services, fees are non-refundable once work has started.
How do I get started?
Submit a consultation request via the application form.
All inquiries are reviewed personally.
